Our Story & Mission
Turn Up 4 HOPE was created in honor of our loved one, Dajon Snead, who passed away by suicide in 2017 at just 13 years old. Through this event, we aim to spread suicide awareness, inspire hope, and help prevent other families from experiencing this tragedy.
Suicide is a growing epidemic in our community, and we believe dance can be a powerful outlet for healing, connection, joy, and mental wellness. At CardioSole, we believe line dance uplifts people and brings communities together which is why we turn up, get lit for hope, and dance with purpose.

2pm to 4pm.
-There will be snacks, games, and dancing - dancing - dancing!!
Of course, we will be linedancing. However, part of the floor will be set aside for non-linedancing, like Cha Cha Folks, Salseros/Salseras, Ballroomers, Chicago Steppers, 2 Steppers, etc.
(Be sure to let us know your favorite songs and we will try our best to include them on the playlist.)
4pm - COSTUME CONTESTS
The categories to win a prize are:
-Couple or Group
-Funniest
-Scariest
-Most Creative
ATTIRE: If you don't feel like a costume, you don't have to wear one. However, a costume is part of the fun!! You can also wear Halloween colors like orange, black, purple.
Price of Admission: 1 unwrapped toy for a girl or a boy (Toy value should be at least $5.00). These toys will be given to our neighborhood kids at the Christmas Party!!
